The Center for Calling and Career

The Center for Calling & Career provides resources for career exploration and preparation, including a Strengths-based developmental approach to career decisions, career readiness, and career connections through the Director's office. The CC&C offers an opportunity for students, alumni, and employees to examine their strengths and discover a clearer sense of purpose.

Our work is guided by Ephesians 2:10

"For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them."

We believe that God gives strengths, talents, or gifts to all humans in creation. We also believe that God calls people in two ways: primarily to a relationship with God, and secondly to tasks and careers in response to that relationship.

Student Leadership Institute (SLi)

Master's Academy is proud to offer the Student Leadership Institute, an ACSI-affiliated program designed to cultivate Christ-centered leadership in our high school students.
Through intentional training, mentoring, and real-world opportunities, students in SLi develop the vision, integrity, and courage needed to lead in today's culture.
The Student Leadership Institute is more than a program, it's a calling for students to rise up and lead with excellence, humility, and conviction.

Chapel & Spiritual Life
At Master's Academy, spiritual life is the heartbeat of our community from PreK through 12th grade. We are committed to nurturing students who love the Lord, know His Word, and reflect His character in every area of life.
Underpinning this commitment is our annual “Spiritual Emphasis Week” – a special tradition heralded by extended time devoted to worship and the teaching of God’s Word. The week culminates with an opportunity for high schoolers to engage more deeply during the annual high school retreat.
Through daily Bible classes, weekly Chapel services, and consistent rhythms of prayer and worship, students of all ages are given space to grow in faith and truth. Spiritual formation extends beyond the classroom, as every subject is taught through a biblical worldview and every interaction is seen as an opportunity for discipleship.
