VO TECH
Standards and Curriculum
The Master's Academy Vo-Tech High School curriculum is an Accelerated Christian Education. It is a self-paced model where students work independently in a classroom setting with teachers available to help as needed.
This model of education is called PACE because, to a large extent, it is self-paced. The typical student has either a trade school preference in mind or thrives in a non-traditional classroom setting. Many students do go on to college and professional careers.
The Vo-Tech program offers unique opportunities aimed at preparing students for a career in a vocational or technical field if they so choose. Our Vo-Tech students spend three days in the classroom and two days at a business as an apprentice (intern), where they gain valuable training alongside a professional in their field of interest. The Vo-Tech aspect must be earned and maintained with successful progress through their studies. However, it is not a requirement to participate in the apprentice portion of the program.
Master's Vo-Tech High School accepts Florida School Choice Scholarships.

The Master's Academy Vo-Tech is aimed at preparing students for a career in a vocational or technical field.
Vo-tech stands for Vocational-Technical, and there are various forms of Vo-Tech schools. Those that have significant resources bring the Vo-Tech program onto their campus where they have an array of workshops and trainers/technicians to teach and train students. Master's Vo-Tech students spend three days in the classroom and two days at a business as an apprentice (intern). Not all students opt to pursue a vo-tech opportunity. If they do, the privilege must be earned by maintaining successful progress through their studies.
If you are interested in our Vo-Tech program, please fill out an application or contact our director Linda Carlson for more information.
