MIDDLE SCHOOL

6TH - 8TH GRADES

The academic program at Master’s Academy offers a competitive, comprehensive, college-preparatory curriculum employing the Master’s Approach to Christian Education and the Notebook Method, ensuring a smooth transition to college or career.

In middle school, students continue in our tradition of strong academics as they move more deeply into their course work with an emphasis on critical thinking. We want our students to know why and how concepts will apply to their lives, which is why all Master’s Academy teachers are trained to teach Biblical principles. We don’t just teach facts, we strive to consistently teach the principle behind or related to the facts.

Math students will have two tracks to choose from (advanced and standard). Students will earn high school credit for Algebra I and, for those in the advanced track, Geometry. All middle school students will have electives in Fine Arts and Foreign Languages.

Extracurricular activities include several dramas, athletics, orations, and the eighth grade Christian History Tour of Boston.
